To place an order for a t-shirt, check the box next to the code
of the design that you have selected. Then enter in the quantity
of shirts you would like to order, and select either XL or XXL
for the size. Once you have
made your selection, please fill in your payment method, name
and address in the form below. Finally, click submit to send your
order to Dr. Hempster for processing.
If you would like to order by mail, simply follow the steps above
but do not click the submit button at the end of the form. Instead,
click the print button in your browser's toolbar to print the
page. Then, mail your printout and check or money order to:

white, pre-shrunk 100% heavyweight cotton.
